Modular construction system

Newag Pro Modular central vacuums are designed to take up as little space as possible while allowing the customer to choose the system configuration. Separators and motors can be installed in two arrangements: stacked vertically or side by side. In the stacked arrangement, multiple motors can also be installed, allowing the power to be expanded later. For maximum space savings, the motor can even be positioned above the dust separator.

The separators shown in the images below are equipped with a container lifting mechanism operated by a lever (red). When the lever is raised, the dust container rests on its wheels and can simply be rolled out along the installed base plate from underneath the separator. Heavy-duty handles make the container easier to handle when emptying.

Dust separator

Filtration in the dust separator is based on a highly efficient cyclone separator with a central cartridge filter housed inside a steel conical accelerator. This prevents dust from reaching the filter directly and directs it towards the bottom of the container, where a separation collar keeps it in place. The filtration therefore works as an efficient cyclone, keeping the filter highly permeable and minimising maintenance. The filter has an oversized filtration area and is washable. This combination ensures sufficient and constant airflow without frequent cleaning.

Motors and turbines
The motors used are high-quality asynchronous units with side-channel impellers. The turbines (impellers) are single-stage or two-stage.
