Warranty and post-warranty service

NEWAG provides professional warranty and post-warranty service for central vacuum cleaners of all brands. Our own service facilities at our branches in Prague, Brno and Hradec Králové are staffed by trained employees and certified contractual partners. Unlike other companies on the market, we do not hire external suppliers for service work. We permanently keep most commonly used motors and spare parts in stock. We provide an extended 5-year warranty on most of our products. If the installation is carried out by a professional company, the customer is entitled to free service or replacement of defective parts for 5 years. After this period, defective parts remain free of charge and only labour and transport are charged. For self-installations, we recommend bringing the vacuum cleaner directly to one of our branches, which significantly reduces the cost of a technician visit.

In case the pipework is damaged during construction or building alterations, we are equipped with a professional Rothenberger diagnostic camera. Our technician can inspect the pipework in detail, take photos or video recordings and precisely locate the problem without unnecessary construction work. Long-term experience also shows that central vacuum pipework does not become clogged during normal use, as confirmed by more than 40,000 successfully completed installations.

OLD FOR NEW trade-in offer

If your existing central vacuum cleaner is nearing the end of its life, or you are considering a costly repair of an older unit, you can take advantage of our Generational Replacement “Old for New” offer. As part of this offer, we will buy back your old central vacuum cleaner of any brand, whether working or not, and give you a CZK 5,000 bonus incl. VAT towards the purchase of a new HUSKY vacuum cleaner. As most of our products come with an extended 5-year warranty, service can also be carried out directly at your premises. Under both warranty arrangements, the customer is entitled to service or replacement of defective central-unit parts completely free of charge for 5 years. These conditions apply if the vacuum cleaner was installed by a professional company. After 5 years, only defective parts are supplied free of charge, while the customer pays for labour and transport. For customer installations, we recommend bringing the vacuum cleaner to one of our branches, which significantly reduces the cost of a service technician visit.
