AIRSPOT 60

AIRSPOT  60 decentralised, or room-based, heat recovery ventilation is designed to provide continuous air exchange in rooms in homes, offices, hotels, cafés, conference rooms and other occupied spaces. The unit is equipped with a ceramic heat exchanger that allows incoming fresh filtered air to be warmed using heat recovered from the exhaust air. This results in significant savings in heating energy.

The key advantage of AIRSPOT 60 is that one unit can ventilate an individual room, while two or more units can provide comfortable and controlled ventilation throughout a building. Thanks to communication between units, for example one unit can supply air for 75 seconds while its paired unit extracts air, creating the required airflow for exchanging recovered air across several rooms in much the same way as complex and expensive central systems. A Wi-Fi app on your phone provides convenient control of two, several or even an unlimited number of grouped units.

CERAMIC ENERGY REGENERATOR

A high-performance ceramic energy accumulator with regeneration efficiency of up to 97% recovers heat from extracted air to warm the incoming air stream. Thanks to its cellular structure, the unique regenerator has a large air-contact surface, high thermal conductivity and excellent heat-storage capacity.

The ceramic regenerator is treated with an antibacterial compound that prevents bacterial growth inside the energy regenerator. The antibacterial properties last for 10 years.

AIR FILTERS

Two integrated air filters with an overall G3 filtration rating filter both incoming and outgoing air. The filters prevent dust and insects from entering with the supply air and protect fan components from contamination. The filters also have an antibacterial treatment.

The filter is cleaned with a vacuum cleaner or by rinsing with water. The system can be upgraded with an F8 filter. Using this filter, however, reduces airflow to as little as 40 m 3 /h.

REVERSIBLE EC FAN

The reversible axial fan with EC motor features low energy consumption and quiet operation. The fan motor has integrated thermal protection against overheating and ball bearings for long service life

ENERGY SAVINGS

The unit operates in a two-cycle heat-recovery mode and can save more than 30% energy compared with a conventional exhaust fan. Heat recovery efficiency is up to 97% when air first enters the heat regenerator, allowing the unit to recover energy from the room and reduce the load on the heating system in winter. In hot summer weather, the fans work in the reverse effect to recover cool indoor air.
